These Terms govern your access to and use of the website located at 1linh.com, the TokenPocket wallet application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (ii) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (iii) your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction; and (iv) you are not located in, incorporated in, or a resident of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive US sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
You further represent that you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Platform provides informational content about the TokenPocket wallet application and Web3 infrastructure. The TokenPocket wallet is a non-custodial software wallet that enables users to generate and manage cryptographic keys for multiple blockchain networks, view blockchain-based asset balances, construct and broadcast blockchain transactions, interact with decentralized applications through an integrated browser, and access token swap and cross-chain bridge functionality through integrations with third-party decentralized protocols.
Non-custodial nature: The Platform is non-custodial. This means Tokenpocket Inc does not hold, control, or have access to user private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets at any time. We are not a bank, financial institution, or custodian of digital assets. We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, or any form of personalized guidance regarding digital asset management or investment decisions.
Informational website: The website at 1linh.com is an informational resource describing the TokenPocket platform. It is not a financial services portal and does not facilitate direct financial transactions between the Company and users.
Seed phrase and key security: You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your wallet seed phrase and private keys. If you lose your seed phrase, you may permanently lose access to your digital assets. Tokenpocket Inc has no ability to recover lost seed phrases or private keys. You must not share your seed phrase with any person or entity, including Tokenpocket Inc employees or representatives. We will never ask for your seed phrase.
Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate and current information when contacting us or using any interactive features of the website.
Prohibited uses: You agree not to use the Platform to: (i) violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms; (ii) engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates the Bank Secrecy Act or related regulations; (iii) circumvent applicable sanctions administered by OFAC or other regulatory bodies; (iv) transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems; (vi) collect or harvest information about other users without their consent; or (vii) engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
Compliance with law: You are responsible for determining whether your use of blockchain technology and digital assets is lawful in your jurisdiction. Tax treatment, regulatory classification, and legal status of digital assets vary significantly across jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
No financial advice: Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information provided is for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions about digital asset management.
No warranties: THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. You acknowledge the inherent risks of blockchain technology, including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, protocol changes, and the irreversibility of transactions.
Limitation of liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TOKENPOCKET INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
The website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and the selection and arrangement of content, is owned by or licensed to Tokenpocket Inc and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute resolution: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with arbitration conducted in Chicago, Illinois. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
